Building Better Business Conversations
We started jesivsilacadeovone back in 2019 because we noticed something odd. Finance professionals knew their numbers inside out, but struggled when it came to explaining those numbers to actual people. Clients would glaze over during presentations. Teams would misunderstand directives. Opportunities slipped away because the message never quite landed.
So we built something different. Not another certificate program filled with theory. Not generic communication training that ignores the specifics of financial work. We created practical learning that connects financial expertise with clear, confident communication.
Six years later, we're still focused on that same gap. Our programs help finance professionals speak their clients' language while maintaining technical accuracy. It's a balance that takes practice, but the results speak for themselves.
How We Got Here
Every company has milestones. Ours trace the evolution from a small workshop program to a comprehensive learning platform serving financial professionals across Australia.
-
2019
Foundation Year
Started with weekend workshops in Melbourne. Twenty-three accountants showed up to our first session. We spent most of it figuring out what they actually needed versus what we thought they needed. Turned out to be a pattern.
-
2021
Program Expansion
Launched our first structured six-month program after two years of testing what worked. Added modules on client presentations, team briefings, and stakeholder updates. Enrolled 140 participants that first year across Sydney and Brisbane.
-
2023
Regional Growth
Extended into regional centers after persistent requests from professionals outside major cities. Adapted our delivery to work for smaller teams and independent practitioners. Added online components while keeping the core interactive elements.
-
2024
Specialized Tracks
Introduced focused programs for specific roles after noticing different communication challenges between advisors, analysts, and managers. Each track addresses distinct scenarios while maintaining our practical approach.
-
2025
Current Focus
Working on advanced modules for experienced professionals who want to refine specific skills. Also developing resources for teams looking to improve their collective communication patterns. Still learning from every cohort.
Real Numbers from Real Programs
We track what matters because participants deserve to know if their time investment pays off. These figures reflect outcomes from completed programs between autumn 2023 and summer 2025.
Finance professionals who finished full programs, averaging seven months from start to completion
Typical timeframe participants report feeling more assured in client communications
Participants noting measurable improvement in presentation clarity during follow-up surveys
Average number of realistic situations each participant works through during the program

Questions We Hear Often
Straight answers about what we do, how programs work, and what participants can reasonably expect.
-
Finance professionals who know their technical work but struggle with explaining it. Accountants preparing for client-facing roles. Analysts who need to present findings to non-technical teams. Advisors looking to improve consultation conversations. Anyone in finance who realizes communication gaps are limiting their effectiveness.
-
Most participants notice small shifts within the first month, like feeling less anxious before client meetings. Consistent improvement typically shows up around the three to four month mark. Confident, natural communication usually takes six to eight months of regular practice. It varies based on starting point and how much you practice between sessions.
-
We work exclusively with finance contexts. Every scenario involves actual financial situations, technical explanations, and industry-specific challenges. Generic training teaches principles. We practice applying those principles to balance sheets, portfolio reviews, compliance updates, and budget presentations. The vocabulary, examples, and feedback all come from finance work.
-
New cohorts start in March and September 2025. We don't offer rolling enrollment because the group learning component matters. Participants benefit from working with the same colleagues over several months, building familiarity and trust that makes practice more effective. Mid-year joining disrupts that dynamic for everyone.
-
Life happens. We record core content so you can catch up on your schedule. Missing one or two sessions usually works fine. Missing more than three starts affecting your progress because practice builds cumulatively. If you need extended time away, we can discuss deferring to the next cohort rather than trying to catch up from too far behind.
Who Runs This Operation
Small team. Everyone here has worked in finance or taught finance professionals. We understand the communication challenges because we've either experienced them directly or helped dozens of people work through them.
No sales team. No marketing department. Just instructors and program coordinators who spend their days thinking about how to make financial communication clearer and more effective.

Caspian Bridger
Lead Program Director
Spent eleven years as a financial advisor before realizing he was better at teaching communication than giving investment advice. Designs most of our scenario-based exercises and runs the advanced practitioner track.
